This SINGLE FAMILY HOME is located just 5 minutes from Keystone Resort. It has 5 sleeping areas although we count 4 bedrooms with privacy. GREAT space for a multi-family get-together.
his exclusive home is on 3 floors. On ground level is a 2 car garage with opener and a bedroom with wetbar, full bathroom and TV room with double bed and a twin trundle (sleeping 4 total in basement).
On the first floor is a HUGE kitchen and dining area that seats 8 with a see-through gas fireplace that opens to the dining and living area. The living area has an LCD TV and seating in reclining sofas for 7! More can sit in chairs and in the kitchen for family movie night. The bonus bedroom on this level has a sleeper sofa and TV so it can be a quiet reading room during the day and bedroom at night. The bathroom next to this bonus room is a 1/2 bath (no tub or shower).
Upstairs is the Master Suite with a King and 2 other bedrooms with Queens. The master suite has a walk-in closet, it's own private deck with great views, and a custom-made Jacuzzi tub/shower area that has to be seen to be appreciated. It's like having your own mountain stream in your bathroom. VERY relaxing after a day on the slopes. The other 2 bedrooms have just been remodeled with brand new bedding.
The Summer Meadows development also has a fully equipped Sports Complex at it's center (30 seconds from your home) just for the 80 homes located in the development. It has a heated year round indoor outdoor pool, hot tub, the best fitness center in all of Keystone, a Raquetball court and 2 outdoor tennis courts as well as a huge common area/lobby with wood fireplace and lots of seating for many groups that want more room to socialize.
There is no high-speed internet provided with this home, however it is usually possible to get a free wifi signal (NO GUARENTEES) and free wifi is usually available in the nearby Summer Wood club house and is always available near the SkyRun check-in center.
