This HUGE 1br condo is SKI-IN SKI-OUT at a great price! 2 oversized decks, TOP FLOOR 12' ceilings and the best view of the Mountain House slopes of any SkyRun condo.
This special condo has new furniture and new slate tiling in the entryway and kitchen. The Living room is larger than many 3 bedroom condos with windows on 3 sides and 2 decks to soak in the sun and the views of both Loveland and Montezuma pass.
The laundry is just 10' away, so it's like having your own in-room laundry. The building also features underground heated parking. This is perhaps the nicest condo Slopeside has to offer.
Due to the nice furniture in this condo and to keep it nice, at least one guest must be over 25 to rent this condo. This an ideal family condo for families that want to save $'s and not have young ones (or the old ones for that matter) walking a long way to the slopes.
