The living room in this condo is a full 200 sq ft larger than the standard River Run 1br condo. There is now a Flat panel TV above the fireplace hearth (see next photo).

This corner unit in popular Arapahoe lodge is one of the largest and best maintained 1br condos you will find in River Run.

The living, dining and kitchen area of this condo is huge and makes a great and comfortable spot in the middle of River Run without feeling cramped. From the deck, you overlook the courtyard near the Wolf Creek Brew Pub and can see the slopes beyond the Dakota pool.

NOTE that since everyone has a cell phone, and the coverage is great in River Run, this unit DOES NOT have a land-line phone and is also NOT on the SkyRun phone-loan program. You will have to bring your cell phone if you would like the use of a phone during your stays. The owner has also reserved the ski locker downstairs for his personal use and it is not available to the renter.
