River Run is Keystone’s newest and nicest $700M village. The River Run Village features many restaurants, gift and specialty shopping, rental shops, coffee houses and a night club, all in a quaint Alpine walking-mall setting. Above and among the shops are 12 distinct condo buildings with one, two and three bedroom condos.
All condos feature heated underground parking, heated outdoor swimming pools (some are shared with other buildings, some buildings have their own) hot tubs and many have saunas, fitness centers, pool tables and big screen TV's in their lobbies.
If you want the newest and to be in the center of activity, and need a Starbucks in the morning to be 60 seconds from your room... Then River Run is for you!
These units are in a perfect location for those who want to be in the middle of the action. They were all built within the past two-six years and include mountain-inspired furnishings. These units have spectacular views of Keystone Mountain and outdoor hot tubs and full-sized pools in which to relax.

NA- Arapahoe Lodge- Arapahoe Lodge features the look of a mountain lodge. It has it’s own hot-tub and the easiest access of any unit to the Dakota Lodge pool which is right out the door of the building.
- The Timbers- Looking for THE MOST LUXURIOUS room in Keystone and like the rustic mountain cabin feel and being pampered by an on-site concierge? These rooms are located right on the slopes where you can put on the skis, walk out of the lobby and ski down to the gondola.
- Riverbank Lodge- Riverbank Lodge is the original River Run building. Located overlooking the start of the Snake River, it's known for quiet views overlooking the wetlands and larger units and all this while being in River Run village.
- Lone Eagle- Looking for the most luxurious room in Keystone? Lone Eagle is it. These elegant rooms are located right next to the gondola and define ski-in, ski-out convenience.
- Red Hawk Lodge- Red Hawk Lodge is one of the newest additions to River Run and features higher-end finishes and it's own private pool and hot tub overlooking the ski slopes.
- Expedition Station- Expedition Station features a small western-town look and is one of the few buildings with it's own private pool and hot-tubs and a fitness center.
- Buffalo Lodge- Buffalo Lodge features a rustic log-beam look. It’s also got the largest common area with the ‘Buffalo Club’ which features 2 slate pool tables, a big screen TV and 2 private Saunas.
- Dakota Lodge- Dakota Lodge features a western look and boasts it’s own pool and hot-tubs. It also is one of the only lodges with a sauna.
- Silver Mill- Silver Mill features the look of a mine! It has the most (3) and largest hot-tubs and access to the nearby Dakota Lodge pool through underground parking or outdoors.
- Black Bear- Black Bear (and Jack Pine) are two of the closest condos to the River Run gondola.
- Springs- New for 2008-09 season, Springs is the closest Building to the new River Run Gondola! Springs also has by the most luxurious amenities. It features it’s own private year-round pool with a slide that winds through the rocks and hot tubs and a zero-entry fountain area.
- Red Hawk Twnhms- The Red Hawk Town Homes are an exclusive group of 6 platinum-level buildings located through the Red Hawk Lodge gate.
