- Buffalo - Five total condos - 1, 2 and 3 brs - sleeping for 21 total.
- Dakota - Five total condos - Four 2 brs and one 1 br - sleeping for 28 total.
- Silver Mill - Four total condos - Four 1 brs and one 3 br - sleeping for 24 total.
- And all of these buildings are close to each other along with the other river run village buildings, for a total of 200 people all in River Run Village.
