We take customer feedback very seriously.  In addition to writing in the owners guest book in each unit, each guest is surveyed and asked to constructively criticize us and asked about what we could do to improve.

We're very proud that on the 9 questions we ask, SkyRun and our staff consistently rate an average of 4.5 on the scale of 5-excellent, 4-good, 3-average, 2-poor, 1-unacceptable averaging all surveys that are returned.

Many guests also take the opportunity to tell us how much they liked our service and their condo.  Here are just a few of the comments written on recent surveys (punctuation and capitalization is as written by the guest):

• Great experience with SkyRun Condos - We wanted you to know that we appreciated our stay at The Pines last week. We stayed in condo #2063. Everything worked out well, the condo was reasonably priced and had a beautiful view of the pine trees. I left my bible and another book behind, and your staff sent it out right away.
