Three new club house facilities will be opening this year on Seabrook Island: 
The Seabrook Beach Club celebrated its Grand Opening Thursday, May 21st. The Beach Club’s 5,000 square foot facility is home to the Seabrook Gift Shop, a recreation room complete with a pool table, arcade games and a wall mounted flat screen TV; two swimming pools, a kiddie and adult pool; and the Pelican Nest, a casual restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating and spectacular views. Must be a Club Member. The Lake House, located on the left after you pass through the Seabrook guard gate opened, Saturday, August 1st. The Lake House is home to all things fitness, community groups, and classes. This facility will have an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, art room, library and snack bar. This facility is open to the public. The Island House, located on the tip of Seabrook Island, opened in October, 2009. A seaside designed, 30,000 squre foot clubhouse with new golf shops and locker rooms, expanded practice facilities, new formal and informal dining areas, expansive outdoor verandas and gardens and a 6,000 square foot ballroom for club events, club membership meetings and weddings.
