This 4 bedroom home is located in the family-oriented Village at Turtle Beach- a small community of homes with white picket fences, bike paths and a neighborhood pool. We are located just 100 yards from the beach and 50 yards from the pool!

This home is a perfect setting for a family vacation, golf or tennis group or a reunion of old friends. In Spring 2007, all of the furnishings in the house were updated and the kitchen was completely renovated (all new appliances) so it is a cook's delight. It is a vacation dream house that you will truly enjoy!

The property is within 5 minutes bike ride of Roy Barth Tennis Center, voted #1 Tennis Resort by Tennis Digest, and the Jack Nicklaus designed Turtle Point Golf Course, one of Kiawah Resort's beautiful golf courses. This is one of 5 signature resort golf courses including the renowned Ocean Course, site of the 1990 Ryder Cup and the 2012 PGA Championship. There are 10 miles of beach to enjoy; great for swimming, shelling, body surfing and 30 miles of paved bike riding! Doctor Beach voted Kiawah one of the top 10 beaches in the country.

This house has an open floor plan with 10' ceilings that make the 2600 square feet of living space seem much larger and more spacious. A porch wraps around the house with rocking chairs and a hammock to enjoy this natural setting. Two "master" bedrooms allows for the accommodation of two families.

The first floor offers two sitting areas; a large living area in the front that's great for reading, relaxing and playing games on the large coffee table. At the back of the house is another sitting area and large TV great for watching TV and video's. The house has been completely re-decorated with a large, new kitchen- complete with granite countertops and updated appliances. The first floor has a master bedroom with a Queen size bed and adjoining bathroom. The Second floor has the main master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. Another bedroom is on the second floor with two twin beds and a full bathroom. The third floor tends to be the kids favorite! It has two twin beds and a set of bunk beds in a nautical theme.

There is cable TV in all the bedrooms but the middle twin room. All linens and towels are provided, however, there are no beach towels. New gas Weber grill available for your use.

Walking distance to the spa and dining of The Sanctuary (5* rated hotel), as well as, Turtle Point Golf Course and Roy Barth Tennis Center. No smoking and no pets, please! We can arrange for mid stay cleaning at an additional cost of $220. The house is available year round. Please check the rental calendar for available rental times.
